I continue the tradition of exposing celluloid film and creating handmade, silver gelatin prints in a traditional darkroom. I offer prints in a number of different editions.

Gallery Prints

Gallery prints are ideal for collectors. These prints are always of limited edition. Sizing is as follows:

16x20 inch outside dimensions (image size approx 11x14)

27x34 inch outside dimensions (image size approx 20x24)

These handcrafted silver gelatin prints signed by the artist. I limit the number of prints of a given image in all sizes to 40 total. For each ten that are sold prices increase to next level. All are signed on the front, with the artists' stamp and additional information on the reverse. Pricing is for unframed, matted prints. I can frame in my standard black frame for an additional fee.

Print of the Month

Making a monthly print is a longstanding printmakers tradition. I have chosen to print these on 8x10 paper and mount on 14x19 board. This print size is signed and offered as an unlimited edition.

Commission Prints

Commissioned prints are one of a kind creations offered in a variety of sizes up to 40x50 inches. These are signed, dated with customization from the artist.

Print Types

Lith prints describes a process where silver gelatin paper is developed with a highly dilute, high constrast developer. They were popularized by Anton Corbjin in the 90s and came to be a visual representation of the rock and roll scene. They have a higher contrast, grainy vibe and are more strongly colored with a brown or orange base.

Silver Gelatin prints are traditional black and white photographs popularized by Ansel Adams. They have a fine, long tonal range that makes for the finest of prints. I generally tone my prints to increase their longevity and impart a slight warm, brown tone.
